Anthony Flint Property Consultants is an independent and well-respected estate agent based in Llandundo, North Wales. Our expert team is one of the best in the area evident by our recent 2019/20 British Property Awards accolade – Letting Agent in Conwy Gold winner. Our office is located on the High Street in the heart of Llandudno – 125 Mostyn Street. We cover most areas within the Conwy county.

Rentals and property management
Anthony Flint Property Consultants has a wealth of experience in the property rental market. We provide a comprehensive property management service for landlords. Our fully managed service includes bi-annual property visits. Both include comprehensive credit referencing of any prospective tenants, giving you peace of mind.

We are registered with Rent Smart Wales, The Property Ombudsman and the National Deposit Scheme for Landlords and Tenants’ peace of mind.

No sale, no charge
Our fees are competitive and percentage based. If we sell a property then you pay us an agreed percentage of the sale price (plus VAT) with NO HIDDEN COSTS.

Anthony Flint does not charge for advertising, accompanied viewings or withdrawal charges. We only use fixed fees by prior agreement. If we do not sell a property, then we do not charge.

Once a property is on our system, interested parties will receive an e-mail with details of a property. It is a quick and effective way to ensure potential buyers and tenants don’t miss out.

We also have a strong presence on social media so if you are selling your property is reaching more potential buyers and if you are on the hunt for a new home there is a constant flow of new properties popping up on your news feed each week.

We also produce a bi-monthly magazine called 'Life'. Each issue includes property features from some of the top homes on the market with Anthony Flint Property Consultants along with homely tips from our friends at Rightmove and The Guild of Property Professionals.

Virtual Viewings and valuations also enable us to help potential customers without having to leave the office. If you are selling your property a virtual viewing means potential buyers can take a look through your property without having to actually be there.

All our images are professionally enhanced.  We also include interactive flooplans, walk throughs and voice over video tours.

Step 3
Anthony Flint erect prominent eye catching For Sale or To Let boards in order to allow your property the best opportunity to be viewed. We can, if required, provide 'picture boards' showing images of your property.

Step 4
We maintain regular contact with our extensive list of potential purchasers and tenants, so they’ll know your property is available. We actively encourage viewings and positively promote properties.

Step 5
All our properties are available in a full colour brochure from our Llandudno High Street office and are rotated through our illuminated office windows and T.V. window monitors.
