The Anthony Flint Property Consultants office has been forced to close immediately following the Welsh Government’s announcement on Saturday.
The office was due to stay open until midday Wednesday but due to First Minister, Mark Drakeford’s decision to bring the alert level four restrictions forward we have now had to close.
We will still be answering phone calls and emails until 5pm Tuesday but will not be allowing anyone into the office or conducting any viewings.
We will then be taking a Christmas and New Year break and returning on January 4, 2021, when we will once again be manning the phones and answering emails between 10am and 4pm.
The office closure will be indefinite and we will wait until January 18 to review when we can re-open our doors.
Mr Drakeford said in a statement: “We now know that this new strain is significantly more infectious and spreads more quickly than the original one.
“The situation is incredibly serious. I cannot overstate this.”
With this in mind we urge everyone to take care, stay at home and stay safe this festive season.
We hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We thank you for your support throughout 2020 and look forward to seeing you all in 2021.
